Who's Talking

Tim Kerr has almost 17 years experience with the Howard Ternes Packaging Company. During that time the company’s manufacturing capacity has grown more than threefold. When Tim hired in he was the lone Packaging Engineer at Ternes. He currently manages three Packaging Engineers who, along with himself, spread their efforts over four plant locations.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University. He and his wife of 19 years, Denise, reside in Dearborn, Michigan (just over a mile from Ford World Headquarters). They are the parents of two sons and a daughter ages 13, 10 and 7, respectively.

In his spare time Tim enjoys gardening, coaching, soccer, and a variety of fitness activities. This fall he looks forward to beginning his 11th season as a member of the Detroit Gladiators Hockey Team.
